Here you’ll find the shopping list with all the ingredients for the dinners we recommend during your Recharge360 week.

  • Mexican sweet potatoes

  • Quick Indian lentil soup

  • Stew with lentils, kale and carrot

  • Tikka Masala

  • Vegetarian coconut curry

The shopping list is aimed at cooking for two. If you want to cook for more or fewer people, simply divide or multiply the amount.


Groceries dinner – 2 people

Grains

  • 150 grams brown rice

  • 150 grams quinoa


Vegetables & fruit

  • 3 large sweet potatoes

  • 1 avocado

  • 5 tomatoes

  • 1 cauliflower

  • 300 gr kale

  • 1 large carrot

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 large yellow beetroot

  • 1 spring onion

  • 4 shallots

  • 2 onions

  • 1 lime

  • 1 red pepper

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • 1 large apple


Spices & oil

  • 1 bottle of olive oil

  • 1 bottle of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 bottle of (apple cider) vinegar

  • 2 vegetable stock cubes

  • Chilli herbs, to taste

  • small packet of cumin

  • small packet of Baharat

  • small packet of Garam Masala

  • small packet of Ras-el-Hanout

  • small packet of red curry paste


Other

  • small tin of black or kidney beans

  • small tin of corn

  • small can of chickpeas

  • 1 tin of diced tomatoes

  • 1 tin of peeled tomatoes

  • 400 gr tinned lentils

  • small tub of vegetable sour cream

  • 140 gr marinated tempeh cubes

  • 300 ml coconut milk

  • cornstarch (1/2 tbsp)
