Welcome to Recharge360

Why does it sometimes seem as though highly successful people do very little? Yet they clearly manage to get a lot done. What lessons can you learn from them?

With Recharge360, you will discover how to get more done in less time. How you can work smarter by actually doing less, and by replacing old established habits with new, dynamic routines.

Learning how to recharge.

The world around us is becoming increasingly hectic. We are getting busier and busier. We can't change that, so it’s up to you to decide how to deal with it.

Recharging is all about these 3 steps:
1. Focus

2. Recharge

3. Repeat

Human beings simply can't be focussing all the time. If we do keep going all the time our energy levels will drop and we will get done less.

The Recharge360 program teaches you how to get more done in less time. This enables you to be more productive and have greater energy.

What would you do with the extra time you have available every day?

Challenge yourself and your colleagues to make the best start of the year together. Build up the challenge to achieve as much as possible! You'll achieve more together, and it’ll be more fun.

What will you do

Recharge360 challenges you, over a period of 5 (sometimes 7) days, to take a critical look at the routines and habits you have developed. Are they productive, and do they give you energy? Or would you benefit from introducing new disciplines into your routines? Recharge360 helps you to uncover these.

You will replace long-established patterns with habits that work for you. The more often you do this, the more sense it makes to your brain. This is known as neuroplasticity. It’s the ability of your neural system to change.

With Recharge360, you plant the seeds for your new routines! Even better: you immediately start working to encourage those seeds to grow.

As a result, you’ll soon begin to experience increased tranquillity in your body and in your head. It’ll be easier to retain after the program.

In the coming week, you’ll be working with 5 elements:

  • Mindset

  • Energy

  • Focus

  • Recharge

  • Environment

The particular combination of these elements ensures that you will perform optimally.

Based on these elements, and by actively working on your routines for 5 days, you will experience what impact small changes can have on your life. Over the long term, these habits can help you strengthen your mental and physical resilience, your attitude toward stress, and your general health.

Want to know more? Below you can read about what you can expect from each element and the theory behind it!

1. Mindset

Even if scientists had access to all your external data, such as your relationship status, salary, where you live and your job, they would only be able to predict 10% of your sense of happiness in the long term. The other 90% is determined by your inner world of experience. Your mindset.

Your mindset is where it all starts. It’s what will determine whether you achieve your goals.

During the program:

  • learn how you can influence your mindset

  • be more positive in life and get more done

  • achieve success with the proper mindset

2. Energy

Work is like a top-level sport. If you want to get the most out of it, you need to make sure you have plenty of energy. How can you do that?

During the Recharge360 program, you’ll immediately discover the effect of healthy food - how easy and tasty healthy food can be and what it can do for you, both physically and mentally. You’ll also learn about the importance of daily exercise and how to get started with it.

Every person is different, so their energy needs and how to use them will differ. The first thing you’ll be doing is working on your own energy flow and learning to use it in the correct way.

During the program:

  • you’ll find out what the best sources of energy are for you

  • experience during which times of the day you can get most work done

  • use positive energy to get the best out of your environment

3. Focus

Focus keeps you on the path towards your desired goals.

It means you have to prioritise and convert “no time” into “that's not a priority for me”. During Recharge360, you’ll learn how to set priorities and how to sustain them.

The goal: to reach a state of flow. Flow is the state in which everything happens faster and more efficiently and you ignore the world around you. It enables you to achieve your goal(s) more easily and more enjoyably.

During the program:

  1. you’ll do simple exercises to learn to focus more easily

  2. you’ll start to recognise the small voice in your head

  3. experience how much easier it is to work with the proper focus

4. Recharge

You can't stay focussed for an entire day without some recharging periods. In our quest for efficiency and productivity, relaxation feels like a contradiction. Rest and relaxation are seen as something negative when compared to performance. Despite the fact it can be the key to achieving increased performance.

After all, working hard does not mean you’ll get more done. In order to get more done, you need to rest.

And this is often not part of our current way of working. We’ll have to do this ourselves.

Recharge360 teaches you to take active restorative breaks. How do you do this, and what is it like?

During the program:

  • you will have access to videos which teach you how to take restorative breaks

  • you can recharge adequately in order to get more done

  • optimise slee

5. Environment

When improving yourself, it’s also important to look at your environment. To a large extent, your environment determines your success, positivity and happiness.

Everything you try to do on your own will limit your achievements. This is why during the Recharge360 program, you can organise challenges with your team and colleagues. You may go faster alone, but you'll go a lot further together.

This is why your environment represents the final element in the Recharge360 model. In the meantime, you’ve learned what you want to achieve, what energy you need to do this, and how you can reach a state of flow and maintain it through Recharging. Your environment is the last piece of the puzzle that can help you to keep going and reach your goals.

During the program:

  • challenges with your colleagues

  • learn to create a motivating environment

  • reflect on and celebrate your successes!

Your daily program

Every day, three elements will appear in the app: the Recharge360 morning routine, daytime exercises and the Recharge360 evening routine.

Morning routine

You’ll see that the morning routine is the same every day. During your Recharge360, your morning will consist of at least the following components:

  • movement

  • finishing your shower with cold water

  • plan your focus time during the day

In your daily overview, you can click on the arrow of an item in the upper right corner to read more about each element.

Daytime exercises

After you have completed your Recharge360 morning routine, you can start your day. Take 10 minutes every day to do your daytime exercises. These change every day. All exercises are related to the 5 pillars of the program: mindset, energy, focus, recharge and environment. You can expect the following:

  • Recharge moments

  • end your workday-routines

  • focus methods

Evening routine

Every day ends with an evening routine. A good evening routine ensures a better nights sleep. Which, in turn, will give you more energy in the morning.

Your Recharge360 evening routine consists of the following elements:

  • a daily journal and/or reflection moment

  • switching off your screens (1 hour before bedtime)

NB: Try to treat yourself to enough sleep this week. Better too much than too little.

Celebrate your success!

We end the week with probably the most fun part of Recharge360: celebrating your success! We look back on your Recharge360. What did you achieve? What has the program done for you in terms of energy? What will you take from it?

Celebrating success is not only about celebrating yourself, but it will also help you to get the same work done with less effort. Several studies have proven that reflecting on your achievements makes you happier and more satisfied, and your brain becomes more creative and efficient.

So go ahead and chill the champagne and treat those around you to a glass! This way you'll be making your environment part of your success. It also gives you the chance to thank them for their patience during those times when your Recharge360 may have seemed a bit harder ;)!

The Recharge360 Effect

The first days of Recharge360 can be quite tough. Changing your usual routines, increased exercise, not watching Netflix till late in the evenings as usual. All this can feel quite uncomfortable at first. However, after a few days you’ll start to notice that you have more energy, that you can focus better and get more done.

Some assignments will be more difficult for you than others, simply because they don't fit in conveniently with your current lifestyle. Nevertheless, we encourage you to stick to the program as much as possible. It’s the only way you’ll get the most out of your Recharge360.

Recharge360 is no guarantee that you’ll never have to deal with stress again, or that from now on your life will be energetic all the time. But with the repertoire of skills you learn during Recharge360, you’ll be better able to handle a high workload, you’ll worry less about what others say and you’ll be more decisive in life.

Besides, Recharge360 is not a lifestyle that you need to follow 365 days a year. Look at which elements of the program are most effective for you and try to maintain these elements after the program. And when you need a new boost of inspiration, just schedule another week.

The only thing left to do is start!

Good luck, and have fun with your Recharge360!
